International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days in transit (plus production time), varies by location, and may include import charges or duties.

How long it takes

Standard International Shipping: 3–10 business days in transit after we ship. Add 1–2 business days of production on top of transit time to get total delivery time.

Actual transit times can vary significantly based on your location, local carrier performance, and customs processing.

Import charges & duty fees

Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties, VAT, or customs fees by your destination country upon delivery. These fees are collected by your local carrier or government, not by Inkbond, and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country's customs policies before ordering so there are no surprises.

Tracking

Every international order includes tracking, but tracking detail can be more limited once the package leaves the U.S. and enters your local carrier's network. You may see gaps in tracking during customs processing — this is normal.

If your international package doesn't arrive

If it's been more than 10 business days since shipment and tracking hasn't updated:

1. Check with your local post office or customs office using your tracking number
2. Email support@ink-bond.com and we'll investigate with our shipping partners
3. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll help you file a carrier claim and work with you on a resolution

Expedited international shipping

Unfortunately, expedited international shipping is not currently available. We're working on it!

Free shipping

Our free shipping threshold ($60+) applies to domestic U.S. orders only. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
