What to Do if Your Order Is Returned

We'd love to help! Reach out to us and we'll reship your order to the correct address. Reshipment fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Common reasons packages get returned

  • Wrong address entered at checkout
  • Incomplete address (missing apartment number, suite, etc.)
  • Vacant address or no mailbox at the listed location
  • Refused by recipient
  • Unclaimed at a pickup location after several delivery attempts

What happens next

Once the package is returned to us, we'll email you to let you know and coordinate next steps.


Reshipment process

  1. Email support@ink-bond.com with your order number and the correct shipping address
  2. We'll send you an invoice for the reshipment cost (based on the shipping method you'd like)
  3. Once the invoice is paid, we'll reship your order to the updated address

Why the customer pays for reshipment

Because the package wasn't lost in transit — it was returned due to an issue with the delivery address or refusal at pickup — we're unable to cover the cost of reshipment. We absorb the original shipping cost, so the reshipment fee reflects the carrier's new charge.


Can I get a refund instead?

Since every Inkbond order is custom-made specifically for you, refunds are not available for returned packages. However, we'll hold your order and reship it whenever you're ready.
