Can I Change My Address After Ordering?
Contact us immediately! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address at no charge. If it has shipped, a reshipment is available at your cost.
If your order hasn't shipped yet
Great news — we can update the address for you at no additional cost. Reach out to support@ink-bond.com ASAP with:
- Your order number
- The correct shipping address
The sooner you contact us, the better — we produce and ship quickly.
If your order has already shipped
Unfortunately, we can't change an address once a package is in the carrier's hands. Here are your options:
- Carrier redirect: Some carriers allow you to redirect packages in transit for a fee — log into your USPS/UPS/FedEx tracking page and look for redirect options
- Wait for return to sender: If the package is undeliverable, it'll eventually come back to us. We can then reship at your cost
- Contact us anyway: Let us know so we can support you — reach out at support@ink-bond.com
Reshipment fees
If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reship to the correct address once the carrier returns the package. Reshipment fees are the responsibility of the customer — we'll send you an invoice for the reshipment cost once the correct address is confirmed.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout before placing your order. Shopify saves your address for future orders, so one small fix now keeps things smooth going forward.
