Tracking Says Delivered but Not Received
Check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first. If you still can't find your package, file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number.
Step-by-step: what to do
- Check with household members — sometimes a family member grabs the package and forgets to mention it
- Check with neighbors — packages occasionally get delivered to a nearby address by mistake
- Check around your property — porches, side doors, mailrooms, back entrances, building staff desks
- Visit your local post office (or equivalent carrier facility) with your tracking number — they can sometimes locate recently-scanned packages
- File a claim with the carrier using your tracking number if you still can't locate it
How to file a carrier claim
- USPS: usps.com/help/claims.htm
- UPS: ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page
- FedEx: fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html
You'll need your tracking number and proof of delivery (the tracking page counts). The carrier will investigate and issue a resolution.
How Inkbond helps
We'll gladly provide any shipping documentation you need to support your carrier claim — just reach out to support@ink-bond.com with your order number.
Please note: We're unable to reship or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier without a filed claim first. Once the carrier completes their investigation, we can help determine next steps.
