My Order Won't Get Here In TIme

We totally get it — events are stressful and timing matters. Here's what we can do depending on where your order is.


If your order hasn't shipped yet

If we catch it in time, we may be able to upgrade your shipping (at your cost difference) to help it arrive sooner. Reach out to support@ink-bond.com immediately with your order number and event date, and we'll see what's possible.


If your order has already shipped

Because every tattoo is made specifically for your event, we're unable to issue a cash refund for late delivery. However, we'd still like to help.

We offer up to 25% store credit as a goodwill gesture so you can order again in the future. Just reach out to our support team with your order number and we'll take care of it.


Why we can't refund for late delivery

Once your order ships, transit times are managed by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) — not by us. We produce and ship as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee carrier performance.

This is why our shipping calculator on every product page is so helpful — it shows whether your chosen shipping method should arrive in time for your event, and recommends faster options when needed.


Please note: We aren't able to issue refunds or store credit for late delivery when:

  • Our shipping calculator confirmed your chosen method would arrive in time, or
  • We recommended an upgrade and you declined it
