I Need To Cancel My Order

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support via our contact form OR our support chat inquiry beacon.

If your order has not been shipped, we would be happy to assist you with a refund.

Order cancellations can only be made if:

  • Your order has not been fulfilled and shipped

Due to every tattoo being made specially for your event, we are unable to accept cancellations once your tattoos have been produced and shipped.


If your order has already been shipped and your order wont get there on time, we'd still like to help!

  • If your order wont be there in time, we would be more than happy to issue store credit so you can order tattoos again in the future 🙂 We would be happy to serve you.
