I Need To Cancel My Order

You have a 4-hour edit window from the time you placed your order to cancel for a full refund. After that, production begins and cancellations become a judgment call.


During your 4-hour edit window (free to cancel)

If it's been less than 4 hours since you placed your order, you can cancel for a full refund with no hassle. Just reach out through our support form or email support@ink-bond.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to cancel.


After the 4-hour window, but before production

If your order is past the 4-hour window but hasn't entered production yet, we may still be able to accommodate a cancellation — but it isn't guaranteed. Reach out to our support team as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to help.


After production has started or your order has shipped

Because every Inkbond tattoo is printed specifically for your event, we're unable to cancel or refund an order once it's in production or on its way to you.
