Can i Edit My Design After Placing an Order?

Yes — you have a 4-hour edit window from the time you place your order to request changes or cancel. After 4 hours, your design enters our production queue and is locked.


Within your 4-hour edit window

If it's been less than 4 hours since you placed your order, you can request:

  • Text changes
  • Design tweaks
  • Image swaps
  • A full cancellation (for a complete refund)

Just contact our support team with your order number and let us know what you'd like to change. We'll take care of the rest.


After the 4-hour window

Once your 4-hour window has passed, your design enters our production queue and is locked. However, if your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to accommodate your request at our discretion.

Requests made after the 4-hour window are not guaranteed. Reach out to our support team as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to help.


Once production has started or shipped

Once your order has been produced, we cannot edit or cancel it. A new order will need to be placed if you'd like different artwork.

Please review your design carefully at checkout — every Inkbond tattoo is printed specifically for you, exactly as it appears in your proof.
