Check your spam folder first! If it's not there, reach out to our support team and we'll get it fixed ASAP.
Things to try first
- Check your spam/junk folder — order confirmations can sometimes land there
- Check your promotions tab if you use Gmail
- Search your inbox for "Inkbond" — the email might be there but buried
- Double-check your email — it may have been entered incorrectly at checkout
