Missing Confirmation Email

Check your spam folder first! If it's not there, reach out to our support team and we'll get it fixed ASAP.


Things to try first

  1. Check your spam/junk folder — order confirmations can sometimes land there
  2. Check your promotions tab if you use Gmail
  3. Search your inbox for "Inkbond" — the email might be there but buried
  4. Double-check your email — it may have been entered incorrectly at checkout
