Refund Policy

Every Inkbond order is personalized and made-to-order, so refunds are based on the situation. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. If a custom item doesn't hit the mark subjectively, we offer goodwill store credit. 


When you'll get a full refund or free replacement

We've got you covered when:

  • Your order has a production defect (printing error, wrong artwork, mis-cut, peeling laminate, poor adhesion)
  • The print doesn't match the proof you approved at checkout
  • Your package arrives damaged to the point where it can't be used
  • We miss our stated processing timeline due to an error on our part

How to request: Email us at support@ink-bond.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (or a short video) of the issue. No physical return is required — we'll take it from there.

When we offer store credit (not a cash refund)

If your order matches the proof you approved at checkout but you're not loving how it looks, we offer up to 25% store credit as a goodwill gesture. Because every tattoo is printed specifically for you, we can't offer cash refunds or free replacements for subjective design dissatisfaction.


A note on delivery timing

We do our absolute best to get your order out the door fast, but once it's shipped, transit times are up to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).


We are unable to issue refunds for:

  • Carrier delays after we shipped on time
  • Late delivery when our shipping calculator displayed an on-time estimate
  • Late delivery when you declined our recommendation to upgrade

For time-sensitive events, please use the shipping calculator on every product page — it'll recommend the right shipping method for your timeline.


Non-personalized items

Sample packs, removal wipes, and accessories can be returned unopened and unused within 30 days for a full refund. Just email support@ink-bond.com for a prepaid return label.
