What's Your Return Policy?
Because every Inkbond order is personalized and made-to-order, we can't accept general returns on custom items — but we've got you covered if something goes wrong on our end.
Here's how it breaks down:
Full refund or replacement — Our responsibility.
If your order arrives with a production defect, arrives damaged, doesn't match the proof you approved, or we miss our shipping timeline, we'll make it right with a full refund or free replacement — your choice. Just email us at support@ink-bond.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No physical return needed.
Not loving the design?
If the print matches the proof you approved but it's not quite what you hoped for, we offer up to 25% store credit as a goodwill gesture. Because each order is custom-made for you, we can't offer cash refunds for subjective design dissatisfaction.
Non-personalized items (sample packs, accessories, etc.)
These can be returned unopened and unused within 30 days for a full refund. Just contact us for a prepaid return label.
What's not eligible
- Change of mind after the 4-hour edit window
- Wrong address entered at checkout
- Carrier delays after we shipped on time
- Lost packages without a carrier claim filed
